Mandaic

Sacred script of Mandaeism — the world's oldest living Gnostic religion (2,000 years) that venerates John the Baptist as the Messiah. After the 2003 Iraq War, over 80% of the community became diaspora, forming large communities in Australia, Sweden, and the USA. Only an estimated 60,000–70,000 people worldwide now use this script, and it is listed on UNESCO's endangered language register.
