Zanabazar Square

Created by Zanabazar, a 17th-century Mongolian Buddhist scholar, artist, and physician. Designed alongside the Soyombo script to precisely render Tibetan, Sanskrit, and Mongolian. Zanabazar was a polymath of the Mongolian renaissance, equally accomplished in sculpture, painting, and medicine.
