Asomtavruli, the ancient uppercase form of Georgian script. Used in 5th-century inscriptions and Christian manuscripts. Primarily used in religious contexts today, it is one of three Georgian script forms alongside Nuskhuri (monastic) and Mkhedruli (official). UNESCO inscribed all three Georgian scripts as Intangible Cultural Heritage in 2016. A unique case worldwide of three concurrent scripts for a single language.
